Roloc Disc Tech Tip

I use 3M Roloc discs all of the time on my 90 degree grinders. With the current prices of materials getting so high I try to save money on everything I can. This is what I do to get the most for my money from the Roloc discs. I have two grinders, one with a 3″ pad and one with a 2″ pad. I save the 3″ discs after they are used because the edges are the first thing that wears out. I then use a pair of old tin snips to trim the disc down to fit the 2″ pad. This way you get all of the use you can out of the disc. You can use the smaller disc to get into tighter places also.
